The customer service was above and beyond and would like to recognize it! Krystal was accommodating from the first phone call til check out. Would highly recommend to anyone. They keep the place clean and were willing to accommodate us even though it was a difficult situation. Above and beyond to make our stay overall really great! Oh and the fresh waffles were insanely tasty! Thanks again!
Very nice hotel. The room was very clean and smelled good. The bed was comfy and the shower had great pressure and hot water. The front desk lady was extremely nice. This is our go to place when we visit.
The beds were comfy, and service was with a smile. The pool is also very . The hotel itself is sat back off the road, which makes for a very quiet night. Breakfast was also perfect for the grab and go lifestyle of the road trip, sausage/egg/biscuit sandwich, coffee, apple, yogurt, and a honey bun! Waffles and cereal for the kids of course. Also, lots of close ground floor parking. I will definitely stay here again.
Lots of parking and lots of room for my dog to play fetch. The girls working in the morning we checked out were all extremely friendly, the breakfast was typical hotel style with an absence of muffins/bagels. They did have a waffle station, yogurt, breakfast sandwhichs with juice and coffee. It was all very good. The rooms were alright, comfortable and safe. You can tell there are more rooms than staff and that maintenance is not the largest priority, but it was all cosmetics. No point in raising prices. Would reccomend
No complaints. The bedspread did have a burn hole in it but it IS a smoking room and we did see one roach. We just needed a place to sleep so it was fine. Breakfast was sausage egg cheese biscuit or store bought muffins and honey buns. Coffee was good front desk was very pleasant
Professionally decorated and landscaped, which really shows. The walls and woodwork are all professionally painted and very clean! Everything in the room was in good working order. It's right behind a Cracker Barrel, so a great dinner is fifty feet away. Breakfast was perfect for me: grab a sausage biscuit, heat it up, and run. The only issue: I forgot my Kindle at home, though, but hey, that's my bad!
Convenient location for halfway stop from Orlando to Greenville SC when driving. Cracker Barrel is about 50 yards away, walkable. There is no major highway noise here and it has a nice wooded, hilly setting. Motel style and laid back mood. Rooms clean and comfy. Madison GA downtown nearby is beautiful. Nice breakfast. Room is a bit low tech for not finding plugs to make sure the fridge and coffee maker will work. Overall a great value. We arrived too late to use it, but the pool has a wooded setting and looked very nice. Plenty of parking is available located Convenient to the rooms.
It’s a quality inn not a Hilton so if u want Hilton go there. But if you want a comfortable stay at a reasonable price u are good here. Front desk lady was nice, rooms were comfortable, very hot shower with good water pressure and jimmy dean breakfast sandwich yogurt and waffles for breakfast. If im coming through here again I wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay
